Your RoleYou will drive growth by building on our existing client base and ensuring superior customer satisfaction as a Senior Inside Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns into successful enrollments.
- Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand students' academic backgrounds, aspirations, and financial capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire counseling and application process.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on EUGateway's diverse offerings, including premium counseling services, Admission Express programs, and financial packages.
- Sales Planning: Strategically plan outreach activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales conversions, and pipeline progression using CRM tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback to understand market trends and recommend improvements in products and services.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in education consulting, EdTech, or a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Attributes: Empathy and commitment to helping students achieve their goals. High energy, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹70,000 per month.
