About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team at Netcore Cloud. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth opportunities, creating new opportunities, and focusing on growth, engagement, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client retention, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand technical roadblocks and make recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations
  • Develop strategies to drive further customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities
  • Monitor and manage accounts to ensure higher ROI for clients and extend end-to-end support throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements:
