Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee customer experience and manage customer journeys across touchpoints. This role demands a leadership presence, strategic thinking, and analytical prowess.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing best-in-class service models that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Determining optimal service delivery models across industries and developing enablers for seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with partners across organizational boundaries to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer experience management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
