Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Office Administration professional to lead our recruitment cycle, develop HR policies and best practices, and oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency.

  • Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and grievances professionally.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and other procurement needs.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management decisions.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
