Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, training management, and implementing HR policies.

  • This includes onboarding and inducting new employees, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • A degree from any field is preferred, but not required. What's essential is your eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow with our organization.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about human resources. As an HR Intern, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

You will work closely with our experienced HR team to ensure that our organizational goals and objectives are met. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or student from any degree with a preference for BBA/MBA.
  • Availability to work 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proactivity, self-motivation, humility, honesty, transparency, integrity, and confidentiality.
