Regional HR Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR expert to lead our regional human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, talent development, performance management, personnel management, and administrative tasks.

Key Tasks Involved:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Talent Development:

  • Launch regional skill development centers and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate and deliver workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Conduct training on PMS and associated policies for the regional team.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of PMS processes for the regional team.

Personnel Management:

  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
  • Manage housekeeping, pantry operations, and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Procure and manage inventory of pantry supplies, office supplies, and other essentials.
  • Ensure effective communication with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.

Opportunity:
