
HR Manager cum Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle HR and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. They will also maintain accurate employee records, complete joining formalities, and manage documentation.
Additionally, they will oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities, handle administrative tasks, and manage office supplies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
They will work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & HR Operations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, complete joining formalities, and manage documentation.
- Monitor attendance and leave management.
- Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a professional work environment.
- Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and communication.
- Maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresher / Intern / 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Exposure to both HR and administrative functions
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
