Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Solution Architecture: Map customer organizations to identify new opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Delivery and Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in customer-facing roles, focusing on business development, customer success, or solution selling (Life Sciences preferred).
- Clinical Operations: Proven ability to manage client relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and align solutions with business objectives.
