Business Development Lead - Life Sciences

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a book of business, driving customer retention and expansion through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Solution Architecture: Map customer organizations to identify new opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Delivery and Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer-facing roles, focusing on business development, customer success, or solution selling (Life Sciences preferred).
  • Clinical Operations: Proven ability to manage client relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and align solutions with business objectives.
