Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience selling innovative wellbeing and/or technology solutions to enterprise clients. Experience selling to CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers), HR decision makers in mid to large-sized organizations is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting various foundations to sell products to their employees & beneficiaries, scheduling regular prospecting and outreach campaigns, and participating in promotional events, industry forums, and lead generation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive recognition, usage, and advocacy for Roundglass Living with corporate clientele
  • Consistently achieve and deliver sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect database
  • Create a strong sales pipeline from market opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer development and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter/self-reliant, motivated individual who is willing to take up challenges, learn, and develop

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
