
Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business partnerships
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing role, preferably in EdTech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
