Customer Retention Specialist

Job Description:

We're seeking a data-driven marketer to tackle one of our most critical challenges: preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed customers.

You'll be our specialist in understanding why users churn and developing strategies to retain them. This is a hands-on role for a problem-solver who loves running experiments, analyzing data, and seeing direct impact on customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • At-Risk User Intervention:
    • Identify Churn Signals: Work with the data team to leverage predictive models and your analysis to identify customers showing signs of disengagement or a high risk of churning.
    • Champion Qualitative Insights: Go beyond what to understand why. Directly engage with at-risk customers through surveys and interviews to uncover root causes of dissatisfaction, forming powerful hypotheses for your campaigns.
  • Design & Launch Strategies:
    • Develop targeted interventions to prevent user churn and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure campaign effectiveness.
