Job Description:

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular communication.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including database management, coordination with central teams, and support for payroll or compliance processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Act as a business partner for a small group of employees, providing support for performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.
  • Contribute to the promotion of the company's core values and inclusive culture across the office.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to work from the office every day is mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and get hands dirty is highly valued.
  • Prior experience in HR or related fields is desirable.
