Business Development and Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and staffing solutions.

  • Research and identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries to build strong relationships.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns to generate new business leads through proactive networking and relationship-building.
  • Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations to effectively communicate value and services.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing, providing expert knowledge of market trends and best practices.
