
HR Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization and drive key initiatives that align with our business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting employee growth and development.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract top talent in design, marketing, and operations
- Design compelling job descriptions and oversee the end-to-end hiring process
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet staffing needs
- Establish employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an attractive workplace
- Employee Experience:
- Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
- Design onboarding experiences that reflect our organizational values
- Performance Development:
- Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
- Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
- Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams
- Compliance & Operations:
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance (labour laws, etc.)
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism
Key Requirements:
- A results-driven HR professional who excels in a dynamic environment
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labour laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
