About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to lead and manage various Human Resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, HR operations, and compliance, with proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

This role requires an experienced HR professional with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the region, and a solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Manage payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures, and employee handbooks in line with organizational objectives and labor laws.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement through performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor requirements, including visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
