Human Resource Manager Role

The Human Resource Manager role requires a skilled professional to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.

This includes recruiting, training, and developing employees to meet organizational needs, as well as managing payroll, benefits, and other employee-related activities.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, while conducting data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.

Key qualifications for this role include a professional degree in HR or a related field, 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management, excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

The selected candidate will oversee HR operations across multiple locations in Erode and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance organizational capabilities and productivity.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and other employee-related activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure positive workplace dynamics.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform HR decisions and optimize processes.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in HR or related field (PGDM preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
