HR Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled HR transformation professional with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise across key areas such as employee centralization, performance management, learning, recruiting, compensation, or onboarding, with strong integration knowledge and end-to-end implementation experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
  • Work on comprehensive project lifecycles including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver advanced HR solutions.
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Develop functional specifications for integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/third-party systems.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and provide user support.
  • Maintain compliance with HR processes, best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and end-user manuals.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 full life-cycle projects).
  • Knowledge of integration tools (Dell Boomi, CPI, or other middleware).
  • Proficiency in creating reports and using tools like Ad Hoc Reports and ORD.
  • SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience with SAP HCM on-premise and hybrid integrations.
  • Knowledge of EC Payroll or Time Management.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
