We're Hiring: Senior Solution Consultant – Xactly
Location: Noida (Sector 135) | WFH Model
Experience: 2–6 years
Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Xactly Solution Consultants who are passionate about building high-impact incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.
- Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
- Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
- Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design.
- Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
