
Chief Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our organization's HR team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating employee records in our HRMS software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. This includes analyzing HR reports and dashboards for management review, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
You will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that promote a healthy workplace culture. This involves managing and resolving employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
Additionally, you will organize training & development programs to promote professional growth and foster a positive working culture. You will also drive employee engagement activities and oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Advanced Excel skills: With hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
- Data handling: Proficient in working with data of minimum 2000+ employees.
- HR tools/software: Expertise in MS Excel and other relevant HR software.
