Job Overview

 

A strategic role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting payments from existing clients in a timely manner to ensure seamless business operations
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to retain customers and increase customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills (written and oral) to proficiently interact with B2C clients via emails and phone calls
  • Proficiently handling client relationships and ensuring timely payment collections
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective business development strategies

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in customer relationship management with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and databases
