Vice President, Retention and Growth Strategies

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth as Vice President of Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell in the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with C-level executives (CXOs) to deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upsell within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with CXOs.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions and benefits consulting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
