Executive Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President / COO to lead our manufacturing process, ensure timely shipments, and maintain high efficiency standards.

This key member of our leadership team will oversee the entire production process, manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain operations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the manufacturing team to achieve highest quality and efficiency standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 28 years of experience in apparel manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and efficiency in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of IE/Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
  • Experience with international work and at similar level/position.
  • Formal education in related field (preferably engineering or business).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IE/PPC.
  • International work experience at similar level/position.
