Senior Digital Manufacturing Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of digital manufacturing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles, including IoT, data analytics, and cloud computing.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps for clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cost-out programs, leveraging lean methodologies and advanced quality analytics.
  • Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, and other cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business cases and benefit-tracking models to justify digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead client engagements and programs from end-to-end, driving change on shop floors through client capability building.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e., analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
