Job Title: Digital Media Growth Strategist

We are seeking a strategic leader who can drive innovative paid media campaigns and turn every dollar into growth opportunities.

This is a flexible, remote role where creativity and results come first. You will lead paid media strategy across channels like Google Ads and Meta, optimizing performance and collaborating with content and creative teams to drive measurable results.

You will plan and execute paid media campaigns, monitor and optimize key metrics, run A/B tests to refine creatives and messaging, and align campaign strategy with business-wide goals through close collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and has scaled high-impact paid campaigns before. They must thrive in a lean, agile, and fast-moving environment.
