Senior Product Distribution Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of our loan and cross-sell products across rural and semi-urban markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product distribution, with a proven track record of managing sales teams, expanding market share, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand distribution and market share of loan and cross-sell products.
  • Drive the penetration of loan and cross-sell products in rural and semi-urban markets.
  • Recruit, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ongoing training.
  • Ensure team members are actively engaging in the market to drive sales and product adoption.
  • Utilize tools like QR codes and Soundbox technology to enhance visibility and accountability.
  • Define market coverage, sales goals, and geographical territories for field teams.
  • Monitor sales quality and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and sales processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 7-14 years of experience in lending, with expertise in digital loans, personal loans, and merchant loans.
  • Exposure to merchant lending and distribution experience, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets.
  • Proven track record in driving product distribution and managing sales teams within the lending industry.
  • Experience in digital lending platforms and technology-driven sales processes is highly desirable.
