About the Role:

We are seeking an Impact Partnership Coordinator to support our CSR proposal development and strategic outreach. You will work closely with our founders to design and scale programs that uplift women in underserved communities, focusing on livelihood training, education, and access to resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design proposals focused on rural women that align corporate CSR goals with community needs and organizational values.
  • Research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience in CSR, fundraising, or social impact, especially with a focus on rural women.
  • Planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
