Job Title: Rural Banking Campaign Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Rural Banking Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for rural banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Websites & Apps:
    • Conduct competitor analysis of agribusiness and allied activities offering under rural/agriculture lending through the internet.
    • Develop new web flows and interfaces for RBG websites and mobile applications to increase reach and online business generation.
    • Reassess and assign right agricultural value-added services through KisanDhanVikas e-Kendra.
  • Business Development:
    • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
    • Design and implement communication plans and campaigns, revising them as needed.
    • Manage channel partnerships for central tie-ups for business leads.
    • Enhance brand management to strengthen portfolios and create strategies for distinct positioning and communication.
    • Promote organic growth of websites and collaborate with agencies and vendors' partners.
    • Manage paid promotions and Google AdWords for maximum awareness and business.
    • Develop and execute trade marketing activities for ATL, BTL, TTL.
  • KisanDhan e-Vikas Kendra (KDVeK):
    • Revamp digital ways to bank for farmers through KDVeK.
    • Increase scope and presence of KDVeK on IOT by providing all-round products and services.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders and business prospects to increase footfall on KDVeK.
    • Synchronize working of various RBG initiatives, KDVK, and KDVeK.
    • Manage KDVK centers and guide teams for building traction.
    • Organize camps for guidance to farmers on financial and digital literacy.
    • Supply materials at KDVK centers, publish, and monitor CSR activities.
  • Cross-Sell Activities:
    • Plan, conduct, and monitor rural loan melas in co-operation with retail asset departments PAN India.
    • Conduct and monitor 5-day sales drives PAN India focusing on cross-selling retail assets and liability products.
  • Adhoc Work:
    • Participate and facilitate events bringing BFSI and agriculture players to demonstrate their products and services to prospective customers.
    • Manage reward and recognition activities for contests/drives of RBG.
    • Manage vendor relationships.
    • Design global mailers.
