JOB DETAILS

One of our clients, a reputed bank, is looking out for a Campaign Manager-Rural Banking for their regional office based in Chennai. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Website & App Development & Management
a. Competitor analysis of Agribusiness & Allied activities offering under Rural/Agriculture lending through Internet.
b. Devising the new web flow and interface of RBG Website and Mobile Application, keeping in mind to increase the reach of prospective customers along with online business generation.
c. Reassessing and assigning the right agricultural value added services through KisanDhanVikas e-Kendra.

2. Business Development
a. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of business goal 
b. Develop Communication plans and campaigns; proactively revise and modify plans to adapt to marketing requirements
c. Channel Management Central Tie up for Business leads(Just Dial, Deal4Loan, Paisa Bazaar etc.)
d. Brand Management to strengthen portfolio. Consolidate existing brand portfolio, create a strategy for distinct positioning and communication of the division.
e. Drive organic growth of the website design & Contact with agencies and other vendors' partners and work with affiliate partners.
f. Handle paid promotions, Google AdWords for optimizing them for Maximum awareness & Business.
g. Designing & execution of Trade Marketing activities for ATL, BTL, TTL

3. Marketing Budget
a. Devise the marketing budget for current year and next financial year considering the major direct & indirect marketing expenses.
b. Execute the activities mentioned as per the budget memorandum.

3. KisanDhan e-Vikas Kendra One Stop Shop for all farmer's needs (KDVeK) & KisanDhanVikas Kendra Centers (KDVK)
a. Revamping the Digital Way to bank for our Farmers through KDVeK.
b. Increase the scope and presence of KDVeK on IOT by providing all round products and services through KDVeK.
c. Collaborate with various external stakeholders and business prospects to increase the Footfall on KDVeK.
d. Bring the sync in between the working of various RBG initiatives, KDVK and KDVeK
e. Manage KDVK Centers and guide line team for building traction at centers.
f. Conducting camps for guidance to Farmers for financial & digital literacy
g. Material supplies at KDVK ?? Centers e.g. Soil testing kits, TV, Soil Cards etc.
h. Publishing & Monitoring of CSR activity done at KDVK centers.

4. Cross sell activities
a. Planning, Conducting & Monitoring Rural Loan Mela in co-operation with various other Retail asset departments PAN India to build up on the cross sell business during.
b. Conducting & Monitoring various 5 days sales drives PAN India which focuses upon the cross sell retail asset and liability products.

5. Adhoc work
a. Participate & Facilitate in events, which aims at bringing major BFSI and Agriculture players to demonstrate their products and services to the prospective rural / farmer customer
b. Manage reward & recognition activities for various contests/Drives of RBG
c. Vendor management
d. Designing the Global Mailers.
