About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Legal professional to drive and support our core lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements for co-lending transactions with banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage securitization transactions – including Pass-Through Certificates (PTC) and Direct Assignment (DA)
  • Coordinate debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide timely legal support
  • Liaise with external counsel, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure efficient execution of transactions
  • Ensure all documentation complies with applicable laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines
  • Support due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance checks related to lending activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in lending/financial services
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environment

This role has direct impact on high-value financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending ecosystem.
