
Channel Manager Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth through effective customer acquisition and cross-selling of relevant products.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance of branches against set targets, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
• Implement marketing campaigns to support business growth, analyzing their effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
Branch Engagement & Enablement:
• Facilitate collaboration between product teams and branch banking teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of strategies.
• Provide product training and on-ground support to branch teams, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
• Manage leads, track campaign performance, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Portfolio Management & Deepening:
• Analyze branch portfolio health, identify areas for improvement, and develop reactivation campaigns to enhance wallet share.
• Focus on improving book size, product holding per customer, and customer activation, using data analytics to inform decision-making.
Governance, Compliance & Quality:
• Strengthen process awareness at branch levels, minimizing errors and rejections.
• Conduct periodic audits and implement feedback mechanisms to ensure high-quality service delivery.
MIS & Review:
• Publish branch-wise performance MIS and dashboards for leadership visibility, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly and quarterly review decks, participating in performance reviews and contributing to strategic decision-making.
