Job Role: Customer Support Specialist
In this customer support specialist role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services for production systems, monitoring them to identify potential issues proactively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in EDI application support, preferably within the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of EDI standards, processes, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator/WebMethods/Axway B2Bi & Sentinel is also required, along with familiarity with APIs, Postman, and IT service management tools (ServiceNow, WHD, etc.).
You will be responsible for managing and resolving tickets within service level agreements, preparing reports related to the support process, and collaborating with business analysts and developers on bug fixes and enhancements.
A degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
