Job Description
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus.
