Job Title: Client Servicing Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and execution across creative and marketing projects.

This role demands a strong communicator with advertising agency experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Work closely with client teams to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.
  2. Bridge between Client and Internal Teams: Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution.
  3. Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing: Assist in developing brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines.
  4. Content Creation and Campaign Execution: Translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms.
  5. Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to deliver structured, engaging content and campaign creatives.
  6. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development process — from research, creative concepts, artwork, documentation, to final rollout.
  7. Quality Assurance: Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  8. Presentation and Feedback: Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Campaign Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Digital and Offline Marketing: Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and Content Workflow: Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
