Client Partnership Professional

We seek a highly motivated Client Partnership Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is seamless, informed, and positively memorable.

As a key member of our team, you will engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses. You will also provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with our internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative and empathetic tone. They will also possess the ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment. Good organisational and time-management skills are essential, as well as a customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and provide prompt, accurate responses
  • Provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process
  • Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs and escalate concerns when needed
  • Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes
