A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company. Additionally, proficiency in analyzing data and sales statistics, as well as a goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style, are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage 5-10 key client accounts to drive revenue growth and partnership development
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with clients' leadership teams
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on clients' business needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through go-to-market strategies
  • Pitch relevant services to clients and track delivery timelines and quality
  • Present regular reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company
