Job Opportunity:

A seasoned banking professional is sought to spearhead business expansion through bespoke corporate banking solutions for public sector undertakings (PSUs) in the mid-market group segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with PSUs, identifying opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.
  • Solution Development: Design tailored solutions for PSU clients based on their business and financial requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability targets through relationship expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Credit Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit quality, compliance, and risk management standards in all dealings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective internal stakeholder collaboration with credit, product, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis principles.
  • Skillset: Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Education: MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience preferred.
