Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Banking Alliance Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships with Banks and financial institutions. The primary goal is to expand our business capabilities by building and managing mutually beneficial relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and assess potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Business Objectives Alignment: Evaluate the alignment of our business objectives with those of potential partners and assess the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with our product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
  • Growth and Innovation: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for our business.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in the Financial Services space.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • A network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive individual with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
