Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced client relationship manager to oversee and expand our enterprise partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise clients with strategic advice and tailored solutions.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and technical environments to deliver effective engagement.
- Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
- Represent the client internally by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct executive-level discussions to align solutions with client objectives.
- Use data insights, KPIs, and market research to provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Analyze client feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to advise clients effectively.
Necessary Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is advantageous.
