
Enterprise Sales Professional

Overview:
As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Mumbai region. You will leverage your expertise in field sales, relationship management, and solution-based selling to identify key accounts and develop strategic plans to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on achieving or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at enterprise customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Field Visits and Presentations: Conduct regular site visits to client locations for presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building activities.
- Tailored Solutions Design: Identify customer pain points and design bespoke technology solutions to address those needs.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client requirements effectively and ensure seamless project execution.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop impactful proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and sales decks that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Strategic Account Identification and Pursuit: Identify key accounts for growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies to win new business.
- Alliance Partner Engagement: Collaborate with alliance partners and OEMs to create revenue-generating opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Post-Sales Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective post-sales support and account retention strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Enterprise Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, including mandatory field sales exposure.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud platforms, Networking solutions, Hardware, and Server Storage infrastructure.
- Background in IT Architecture: Background in IT architecture, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology solutions.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to C-level executives.
- Account Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles effectively.
