About the Role

The Senior Manager New Business role is pivotal in driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Pitching & Conversions: Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring the effective conversion of leads into new business.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Educational Background: Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
