Head of Paid Media – Drive Global Growth Across Google & Meta Platforms

We're hiring a Head of Paid Media to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across Google and Meta channels for a global portfolio of brands.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for building paid media frameworks, managing budgets at scale, coaching media buyers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition and retention worldwide.

What You Will Lead:

  • Full ownership of paid media strategy across Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Design and implement testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, and bidding
  • Manage a team of media buyers and performance specialists across regions
  • Report directly to leadership on KPIs, budgets, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging and goals

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of paid media experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success managing large ad budgets (multi-region or global campaigns preferred)
  • Deep expertise in attribution, funnel strategy, and performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of building or leading high-performing ad teams
  • Experience in DTC, SaaS, or performance-focused agencies is a plus
