**Job Title:** Business Development Finance Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth of our supply chain finance products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our business loan and SCF products.
- Promote our business loan and SCF products to distributors and corporates, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals.
- Customize financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other business lending products.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to develop customized finance solutions that meet client's requirements.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, outlining terms, conditions, and repayment schedules in a clear manner.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually acceptable agreements while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the organization.
- Customer Contract Management – from engagement stage to relationship management for contract renewal.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, invoice financing, or related products.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and their impact on businesses' financial health.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
