Lead Proposal Specialist Role

As a key member of our proposal management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Enablement function. Your primary responsibility will be to manage proposals and independently produce high-quality RFP responses for our US Wealth business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review RFPs and client materials to gain complete understanding of client requirements.
  • Work closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during proposal development.
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts.
  • Assist in developing templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success.
  • Manage content activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal databases and extracting best practices.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales or bid management environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Applicants should be flexible and able to work in shifts as per business requirements.
