Senior Proposal Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our proposal development process, from initial RFP review to final submission.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities
  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including compliance matrices, proposal management plans, and desktop publishing of the final response
  • Write, edit, and proofread proposals to enhance business development
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compliant and compelling proposal responses to customers in various industries and channel partners
  • Manage competitive proposals and ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience managing proposal development teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals
  • Experience using proposal automation software and project management applications
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of commercial industries and channel partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
