Job Title: Senior Bid Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end management of B2B Sales Process, from PQQ/ITT/RFI to RFP/Closure stages, to achieve growth objectives.

  • Developing a clear win strategy for each bid, ensuring differentiators, discriminators, and price points are clear and compelling.
  • Articulating bid response expectations and identifying the bid team.
  • Crafting compelling win themes that differentiate the proposal, emphasizing strengths, past successes, and alignment with client goals.
  • Creating a timeline, assigning roles, and ensuring all team members meet deadlines, keeping the process organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:Bid Management:
  • Maintaining knowledge in technical and functional specifications related to advertising, content production, and retail activation.
  • Preparing and reviewing pitch responses, ensuring all services are included.
Team Management:
  • Providing expertise in creative production and retail activation operations to help team members respond swiftly and concisely to RFI/RFP requirements.
  • Assigning job flow from regions, supporting and mentoring team members as needed.
  • Attending internal meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management: Strong organization skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to analyze proposal requirements and align with client needs.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding pricing strategies, cost modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Writing and Communication: Exceptional ability to craft clear, persuasive, and concise bid content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and managing relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Reviewing proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the relevant sector to tailor proposals to client expectations and market trends.
