Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to own and drive sales enablement activities across the US region. The role demands a business-savvy individual with strong analytical skills, proven expertise in solution design and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions. This individual will act as a business bridge between clients, sales, and delivery, ensuring revenue growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales enablement activities for the US region, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue growth.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
  • Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling sales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Presales, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients (preferably US market).
  • Demonstrated success in enabling revenue growth and driving business outcomes.
