Job Description:

An experienced professional will be responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of solutions for clients. They will act as a strategic partner, working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client objectives, and aligning them with product solutions to drive client success. Travel to client locations is essential for building these relationships.

The role requires close collaboration with clients and pre-sales teams to detail solutioning and prepare clear BRDs that explain process and system workflows, as well as exception scenarios.

The Growth Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regular review of account performance metrics and KPIs is necessary to ensure client goals are met.

Project management best practices will be implemented to drive project delivery in agreed timelines with agreed resources, while scope is closely monitored.

Actionable insights will be provided to customers through data analysis. Key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk will be monitored and reported on. Improvements or changes will be suggested based on analysis.

Customized learning paths and onboarding plans will be developed to accelerate time-to-value. Customers will be provided with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good first principle thinker
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
