Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our fundraising and partnerships efforts. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that drives growth and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, donors, and sector partners
  • Design and implement effective fundraising strategies, leveraging your expertise in proposal development, grant reporting, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration, driving business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit or impact investing space
  • Proven track record of leading successful fundraising initiatives, securing multi-crore partnerships and raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and reports that translate complexity into clarity
  • Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem, with the ability to navigate the needs and priorities of various stakeholders
