Job Description for Senior Proposal Strategist

This role is responsible for crafting high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Determine proposal concepts by identifying opportunities and client needs, analyzing request for proposal (RFP) documents, and participating in strategic meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Content Creation: Gather and format relevant information, write drafts, and obtain necessary approvals to meet proposal deadlines.
  • Project Management: Coordinate requirements with contributors and provide regular updates on proposal status to facilitate effective review and approval processes.
  • Information Gathering: Identify reliable sources of information, coordinate submissions and collections, and communicate potential risks associated with proposals to stakeholders.
  • Proposal Assembly: Develop comprehensive proposals by compiling information on project objectives, implementation methods, timetables, staffing, budget allocations, standards of performance, and evaluation criteria.
