Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of credit proposals and ensuring that they meet our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess Micro LAP D2C credit proposals, conduct thorough due diligence within stipulated turnaround times, and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by regularly reviewing the portfolio and suggesting policy changes as needed.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, PDD movement, and compliance-related matters on a regular basis.
  • Regularly review and monitor vendor management and audit query closure.
  • Implement process efficiency, quality improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and stakeholder management practices focused on customer centricity, productivity, and people management.
